URSA> Recording studio

Ursa is situated within the Aula Arcobaleno park, an exclusive residence from the 1600s, located within a centuries-old forest among streams and wild herbs. Our priority is to preserve the ancient, curative and beneficial nature of this special place, which is close to the town yet out of reach of mass tourism. The house has recently been renovated and is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Guests are welcome to explore and enjoy the private park that surrounds the house. The park covers an area of 3 hectares and contains numerous ancient fruit plants, a lavender field, a hemp field during summer, and a field of blueberries and medicinal herbs. You can relax and unwind in the peaceful surroundings of our terrace in the woods, while also taking advantage of our solarium terrace, lake view terrace, and gazebo, where you can enjoy a cup of herbal tea or coffee during the early hours of the morning. For those with an interest in botany, there is a vast array of plants and wild herbs to discover. Guests can also sample our honey and essential oils, and we even produce seasonal vegetables. At Ursa, we strive to offer a unique and authentic experience, allowing our guests to reconnect with nature and discover the true beauty of this magnificent location.

Ursa si trova all'interno del parco di Aula Arcobaleno, un'esclusiva residenza risalente al 1600, situata in una foresta secolare tra ruscelli e erbe selvatiche. La nostra priorità è preservare l'antica natura curativa e benefica di questo luogo speciale, che è vicino alla città ma lontano dal turismo di massa. La casa è stata recentemente ristrutturata ed è completamente attrezzata con tutte le comodità necessarie per un soggiorno confortevole. Gli ospiti sono invitati ad esplorare e godere del parco privato che circonda la casa. Il parco copre un'area di 3 ettari e contiene numerosi alberi da frutto antichi, un campo di lavanda, un campo di mirtilli e erbe medicinali. Potrete rilassarvi e distendervi nella tranquillità del nostro terrazzo nel bosco, mentre approfittate del solarium, del terrazzo con vista lago e del gazebo, dove potrete gustare una tazza di tè alle erbe o caffè nelle prime ore del mattino. Per coloro che sono interessati alla botanica, c'è una vasta gamma di piante ed erbe selvatiche da scoprire. Gli ospiti possono anche assaggiare il nostro miele e gli oli essenziali, e produciamo anche verdure di stagione. A Ursa cerchiamo di offrire un'esperienza unica e autentica, consentendo ai nostri ospiti di ricollegarsi alla natura e scoprire la vera bellezza di questa magnifica dimensione.

The Rec. studio

The Ursa Major is a two-frame studio that includes a 50 sqm live room and a 20 sqm drum room, both equipped with high-quality sound gear, including a Steinway D-274K 1915. The studio was created in an old essential oil extraction laboratory and boasts a spectacular view of Orta's lake. The studio is situated within the Aula Arcobaleno property, a renowned facility where medicinal plants are grown. Ursa is located in the heart of a chestnut forest, near the town but far from mass tourism. At Ursa, privacy is a crucial prerogative for us and for the artists who choose to produce their records with us in total relaxation and without stress. The studio is also connected to Aula Arcobaleno's apartments, which artists can book as well. In addition to recording, the studio is also suitable for pre-production or creative production sessions, and long-term use sessions are also available.

Ursa Major è uno studio di registrazione con sale di ripresa, una di 50 mq e una sala batteria di 25 mq. Entrambe le sale sono attrezzate con strumentazioni audio di alta qualità, tra cui un Steinway D-274K del 1915. Lo studio è situato all'interno della rinomata proprietà di Aula Arcobaleno, dove vengono coltivate piante medicinali e gode di una vista spettacolare sul Lago d'Orta.
